SAM Run 2008

The 2008 Sam Run was held on a fine SUNDAY 29th JUNE in the grounds of Wellington College, Crowthorne. The course was slightly different to previous years to accommodate work being done on the electricity supply lines. Congratulations to all those who took part and thanks to Wellington College for the use of their facilities. The exact amount of money raised for Samaritans is not known as yet.

Michael Wilkinson aged five and a half from Charvil became the youngest ever entrant to complete the 5K course. Amy Mehta who had completed the course at the grand old age of seven had held the previous record.
