Leeds Samaritans provide confidential, non-judgemental support 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide. We won't judge you, we won't tell you what to do. What we will do is give you the time to think things through. We'll listen with an open mind, and in complete confidence, for as long as you need.
