We've been proudly supporting the local community for more than 48 years and currently have over 80 volunteers in our branch at 26 Queen Street, Kings Lynn.
Our branch is made up of mostly listening volunteers, who provide emotional support by phone, email, text and face to face.
In 2015 our branch:
- received over 14,000 calls for help
- responded to over 1,800 emails
- answered more than 379 texts messages
- and met with 72 face to face visitors at our branch
We also have branch support volunteers. They do vital work that contributes to running our branch, including fundraising, administration and raising awareness.
You can find out more about volunteering with us and meeting other Samaritans by attending our next Information Evening at 19.00 on the 8th March 2017.
