On 1 September, Bury Samaritans Treasurer John and his wife Barbara will take on a 100 mile hike in Norfolk to raise money for the branch.
The walk will take them through the dramatic North Norfolk coastal path, a landscape of outstanding natural beauty. They will start just outside Thetford, up to Hunstanton and then along the coast to Cromer.
As they will need to leave the trail each evening to get to their accommodation, it's approximately 100 miles.
