This theme contains activities for students to learn about ways of coping, building resilience and what influences the way we cope with events in our lives.

DEAL: Coping with changes

We all react differently to changes in our lives. What is important is that when we are struggling with how we are feeling, we need to be able to ask for help and talk to someone.

It can be really difficult to know what to do when someone is being aggressive towards you. Being assertive can help reduce feelings of frustration and anger and can be empowering.
