"My cousin took his life when he was in his twenties.
"Eighteen months later, his mum, my aunty, killed herself too. She wasn’t able to come to terms with the unbearable grief of losing her only son.
"I believe her death could have been prevented, but she wasn’t offered any help whatsoever. Neither were the rest of us.
"Something as small as being offered a leaflet telling us where we could get support might have helped. But we got nothing.
"The stigma around talking about these things stopped us from seeking help. We just got on with it.
"Now two of my family members are gone. It’s heart-breaking."
