Samaritans' Prison Listener Scheme Scottish 20th Anniversary event - workshop report

On 9th May we marked 20 years of the Samaritans Prison Listener Scheme in Scotland with an event at HMP Barlinnie. As part of the event, we held facilitated workshops where delegates were asked to consider the needs of prisoners upon release and upon admission. A series of questions were asked in order to explore the potential practical and emotional needs of prisoners at these two crucial periods, to consider what support is required and how that could be provided. Here is the write up from the workshop sessions.
