We Are Still Open For Phone Contacts, Emails And Correspondence
The Prime Minister has introduced restrictions in local areas and at this present time, we are not currently able to invite anyone to visit the branch in person. We are pleased that Samaritans has been recognised as a vital service and Samaritans volunteers are still permitted to attend shifts.
Like every other organisation, we have less staff than usual. Many of our volunteers are self-isolating and we may not have as many people on duty as we usually do. We are still here for you, and we always will be, but it might take a little bit longer for your call to be answered. You can reach us on 116 123 or [email protected]
The Coronavirus outbreak is affecting the way that many of us live our lives, and it's normal that this will affect people's mental health. As well as supporting people in our usual way (through calls, emails and correspondence), Samaritans have put together some resources that might help. You can find them on this page.
