With the small city of Truro as our starting point, the 2020 Walk will take us through a very different Cornwall to the Penzance area of the 2016 National Walk.
Variety is decidedly the theme: from the city centre and cathedral, to creekside paths, National Trust woodland and views over the navigable waters of the Truro River, to a mining heritage trail.

We have 2 circular walks, one of around 25 miles and a shorter roughly 13 mile option, both starting from
The Fal Building
where there is plenty of parking.
Registration for both walks will open at 7am, and close at 8:30 am:
The long walk (25 mile) will start from 7:00 am and we advise walkers should have set off by 8:30 am to reach the final checkpoint in good time for the evening event.
The short walk (13 mile) will start at 8:30 am, which should allow time to see everyone through the final checkpoint.
There will be checkpoints with snacks available at no extra cost on both routes.
Maps and route instructions for both routes will be available to download nearer the time
