Sams Ride 2017 - Our third cycle sportive with over 800 riders and we raised £32,000

Sams Ride 2016 - Our second cycle sportive with over 600 riders and we raised £21,000

Sams Ride 2015 - our first cycle sportive. 400 riders took part and we raised £15,000

Samaritans Carol Singing in Salisbury December 2013 - raising over £200.  Well sung!

 

 

The Samaritans Chalet in the Salisbury Christmas Market is an annual event

 

 

The Raffle stall at the Samaritans supported Theatre evening at the Salisbury Playhouse that raised nearly £3,000

SnodRox 2013 - a great local mini one day Rock Festival that raised over £8,000 for the Salisbury Samaritans, generously supported by many local businesses including Smiths Gore, Wilsons Law, Fletcher and Partners, Per Ardua Associates, Abel and Cole, and the Malet Arms at Newton Tony.


The Samaritans Bench: Salisbury Mayor Councillor John Collier, local MP John Glen and volunteers and friends attend the presentation of a bench marking the 50th anniversary of Samaritans in Salisbury in Oct 2012 , to Canon Edward Probert, Chancellor of Salisbury Cathedral. It was placed on Cathedral Green and bears the inscription 'People don't always listen - Samaritans do.'

2012 Christmas Chalet: Salisbury Samaritans' chalet at Salisbury's first Christmas Market, where jewellery donated by volunteers and friends was sold to raise funds.

 

 

50th Anniversary celebration at the Red Lion Hotel, when artwork produced by art students at Salisbury's Wiltshire College was presented. The artwork, included printing, three dimentional work, drawing, collage and the use of different materials showed the students' interpretation of the Samaritans' befriending service.
