Brew Monday in Glasgow Central

Tuesday 24th January 2017
Samaritans encourage people to talk about how they feel on 'Blue Monday.'

The third Monday in January ('Blue Monday') is widely cited as the most depressing day of the year, so Samaritans across the country were asking people to take time for a cuppa and a chat. Glasgow Samaritans spent time in Central Station on January 16th giving out teabags to travellers, commuters, and local staff, and encouraged them to talk when there's something on their mind.

Samaritans are open 24/7 and can be reached for free on 116 123. You can also email us at jo@samaritans.org or visit a local branch - Glasgow branch is open from 9am until 10pm every single day for visitors.
