On Sunday 26th June some of our volunteers were at Caister Carnival raising awareness about the work we do in the community.
Caister Carnival took place on Sunday 26th June after two years away because of the pandemic and some of our amazing volunteers were there selling bric-a-brac.
About five to six thousand people attended the festival on the village's playing field so it was a great opportunity to raise awareness about what we do at Great Yarmouth Samaritans.
As well as our bric-a-brac stall there were more than 100 stalls, a classic car show, a petting farm, a dog show, a fun fair, performances, crafts and street food vendors.
It was a great day!

It was a great day. Although the gusts of wind did cause us some problems!!
Thank you to our amazing volunteers who helped on the day and to everyone who donated bric-a-brac to the stall.
