Changes to our services resulting from government advice on Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The Coronavirus Covid-19 has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation. We are monitoring the subject closely to ensure the safety of our volunteers and to the people who need our services.
In light of government advice about coronavirus, we have taken the difficult decision to reduce some of our services
Most people contact us by phone and email and there will be no immediate change to the support we offer.
However, we have regrettably had to suspend the face to face service at our branch. In addition, we will not be able to attend community events, meet you at railway stations or other public venues or visit schools for the time being.
If you are going through a difficult time, we are still here for you. You can ring our helpline free on 116 123 at any time of the day or night or write to us at [email protected] As we are following advice on social isolation, we may have fewer volunteers available than normal and this might mean that it takes us a bit longer to pick up the phone or answer your emails. We hope you will understand and ask for your patience.
