Our building in Moor Street, Earlsdon is in need of repair and we have moved to temporary premises while the work is carried out.
What will this mean if you want to contact us?
There will no change to our telephone helpline. You can still ring us at any time of the day or night and we'll still be available on every day of the year. Ring us on 116 123 and all the calls are free. It even works if you have a pay as you go mobile and you've run out of credit.
Text messages and emails
If you prefer to contact us by text message or email, our services will not change at all.
Personal callers to our branch
Unfortunately we will not be able to see personal callers until the building work is completed as our temporary premises are not large enough. If you do need to speak to us, we hope you will try ringing us instead. Or you may prefer to visit one of our other branches in the surrounding area. Depending on where you live the most convenient ones may be Stratford, Solihull, Birmingham, Tamworth, Leicester, Northampton or Banbury.
Our Charity Shop
Our charity shop will be closed until we return to Moor Street. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any more of your kind donations until then as we have nowhere to store them. Please do consider donating them to one of the other local charity shops instead. We greatly value your support and look forward to seeing you again when we reopen.
