Who We Are
We are a small team who help run the operations at the Central London branch.

Cheryl
Office Manager
Cheryl has a creative background in general arts, specialised in fashion illustration, pattern cutting, woven textiles and jewellery making.
She is very passionate about the charity sector. She volunteered for St Mungo's in 2017 and in 2019 she first joined Central London Samaritans as Team Administrator for 2.5 years and then re-joined in April 2022 as Office Manager.
She is responsible for facilities management, maintaining and improving the branch infrastructure, venue hire, line management, budgeting and reducing costs.

Amber
External Relations Lead
Amber joined the charity and non-profit sector almost fifteen years ago and has been involved in everything from campaigning to coordinating major projects and programmes and developing key stake-holder relationships.
She has always been inspired by the fact that there are so many people willing to dedicate their time and sometimes their entire lives to helping others – Samaritans are the perfect example of this.
Amber is currently building on relationships with groups and organisations that are also working to reduce suicides in the UK.

Rebecca
Team Administrator
Having spent four years working within the Education Sector, I am now transitioning into a new career path working within public service. I am based in the office as a Team Administrator and it is my role to make sure the day to day tasks are running smoothly within the Central London Branch. This is my first post within the Charity Sector and so far I’m finding the work inside such an inspiring and motivational cause very rewarding.
