Yamaha Music London are proud to be teaming up with Central London Samaritans to host a very special and dedicated #SohoSession on Thursday 27 April.

Yamaha Music London are supporting Central London Samaritans through a unique #Soho Sessions this Thursday. See live music performed by two exciting new artists in the amazing Yamaha Music store (all performed on Yamaha instruments), whilst raising money and awareness for Samaritans and the life-saving work they do tirelessly, every hour of every day.

The Artists:

Leo Aram-Downs

Raised in London, Leo Aram-Downs is a 20 year old singer, songwriter and instrumentalist. His music comes from a unique blend of influences ranging from fingerstyle acoustic guitar to gospel to tech metal, and everything inbetween. What does it sound like? Some have called it 'Nihilist pop' while some have called it 'Campfire whiteboy', and it’s brought to life in both an intimate acoustic shows and electrifying band performances.

Nadia Rae

Nadia Rae is a London based singer/songwriter, originally from Cape Town, South Africa. Having come over at the age of 9, she brought her soulful roots with her and developed a love for music. She went on to study Music at university, gaining a First, whilst exploring and performing a wide variety of genres.

Nadia has since exposed herself as an artist, gigging across the country and on prime time television (BBC1). She has been a finalist in national competitions and received radio airplay of her original tracks. In early 2016, having spent much time writing, Nadia finally released her first EP, 'I am a Warrior', available on iTunes and Spotify. Throughout the year, she released numerous music videos and worked with producers on new releases. Building upon the success of the previous year, 2017 will see the release of Nadia's second EP.
