- Fixed term contract for 5 months, part-time
- 21 hours a week (flexible hours and home-based working offered)
- Salary Circa. up to £315 per day + Competitive Benefits
There has never been a more exciting time to join Samaritans, with a refreshed brand, new website and additional investment in the Income department. Leading the development of our legacy and in-memoriam marketing strategies, the post holder will be the in-house expert making these organisational priorities happen. As well developing the vision and strategy in these areas, you will also be able to implement tactical activities efficiently and quickly based on evidence and insight. With previous experience of legacy and in-memoriam marketing, we are looking for a real team player with excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.
About the role
Are you an expert legacy fundraiser with a proven track record in developing strategies and implementing activities based on supporter insight? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on strategy development and implementation of new programmes across legacy and in-memoriam giving. Delivering audience insight led engagement strategies and supporter journeys, the post holder will develop the programmes to acquire, develop and retain prospects and supporters. Excellent communication and project management skills are required, as well as being passionate about the work of Samaritans.
This is a part time role for 5 months and we can offer flexible hours and home-based working to the successful candidate.
