About the role/person
Samaritans is looking for a Corporate Account Manager to proactively develop and secure new income via corporates for Samaritans. The role will require outstanding new business skills to develop high-value partnerships and/or gifts.
This role will include some management of partnerships. Therefore, you should have experience of stewardship of valuable partners and meeting income/KPI targets.
You will join a team of 6 in our Corporate Fundraising team – you will be responsible for developing high-value relationships, securing charity of year partnerships, donations and strategic programmes. Our portfolio of business partnerships is increasing, and this role will be critical in further developing our visibility in the private sector.
We are happy to receive applications from a range of candidates – you could be new to the sector and looking to build a career in fundraising, or you could be an experienced corporate fundraiser wanting a new challenge. The key is a determination to succeed and be part of a developing team.
