About The role/person
This is an exciting time to join Samaritans Workplace Training Team. The demand for our Training courses continues to grow year on year. As a result, we require an experienced Training Events Co-ordinator, who can quickly adapt to Samaritans’ administrative processes.
Reporting to the Senior Training Engagement Officer you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries across a wide range of organisations. Each day will be varied as you will be liaising with customers and our UK wide team of trainers to co-ordinate approximately 400 training courses every year. A confident telephone manner and the ability to multitask are pre-requisites for this position. Previous experience in the Training or Events sector is essential along with the confidence to establish strong customer relationships.
