About The role/person
This is an exciting time to join Samaritans Workplace Training Team. The demand for our Training courses continues to grow year on year. Interest and demand for our training programmes has never been higher; this coupled with the launch of a new 5-year strategic plan in 2019 means there will be exciting times ahead. As a result, Samaritans are looking for Senior Training Engagement Officer who will be responsible for managing the delivery of UK wide Training programmes.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience in new business role in a B-2-B service organisation. Ideally you will have background in L&D or income generation in the not-for-profit sector. Your experience and knowledge will enable you to quickly grasp the needs of our customer base and support the successful delivery of the Workplace Training 5-year plan.
Reporting to the Workplace Training Manager the chosen postholder will have direct responsibility for managing the Training Events Coordinator.
