About The role/person
Samaritans are looking for a manager to Lead the acquisition of new donors across multi-channels, we are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active and experienced individual giving fundraiser to join our team. It’s a very exciting time to join us with a refreshed brand, new website and additional investment to recruit and develop a new programme of supporters. With several new opportunities available to test and develop immediately, this is a new role with significant scope and potential for the successful candidate to make their mark.
The new role of Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the development, management and delivery of the supporter acquisition strategy. Recruiting supporters across a range of new products and channels reaching new audiences, the successful candidate will implement a robust test and learn programme, ensuring that learnings are maximised and shared across the team. The Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of new welcome journeys for all supporters.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, project management and direct marketing skills, and be passionate about the work of Samaritans
