Effective communication through listening and questioning skills

Understanding what others are trying to communicate to you is essential for building open and strong relationships, whether face to face or by telephone. More and more organisations are recognising the value of effective communication through effective listening and questioning techniques in increasing productivity and sales. This course is for staff of all levels who wish to enhance their communication skills.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course you will be able to:

Practice listening and questioning techniques using interactive exercises throughout.
