HSE Standards

Health and Safety Executive Standards and Guidelines for tackling work-related stress

WorkLife has been designed to support the HSE’s Standards and Guidelines. These standards were launched to help employers and employees work together to prevent excessive work related stress. The standards define the culture of an organisation where stress is being managed effectively.

WorkLife relates specifically to the standards of:

  • The demands of the job
     
  • The support we receive from managers and colleagues
     
  • Our working relationships

There are two types of WorkLife course, although either can be altered to meet your specific needs:

1. WorkLife for Managers:

A practical approach to building emotionally healthy & productive teams

 

2. WorkLife for Teams:

Equipping teams with the skills to support an emotionally healthy and effective workplace
