Learning Outcomes

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify sources of potential stress and recognise the importance of achieving a healthy work/life balance
  • Recognise the danger of assumptions we may make about whom needs support in the workplace
  • Communicate more effectively when handling difficult conversations or situations at work, reducing stress and the risk of problems escalating
  • Evaluate the culture of the workplace identifying criteria for an emotionally healthy organisation and the impact these criteria have on the individual and the team
  • Put learning into practice to reduce levels of stress and enhance the effectiveness of the team
