Jonathan is a qualified training professional who has worked in learning and development across the public, private and voluntary sectors for over 10 years. His areas of interest are helping individuals manage the impact of stress in the workplace, personal and management development, change management and the growth and development of teams.

Jonathan is a Licentiate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development; he is qualified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® (Step I and Step II) and he is a Member of the British Institute for Learning and Development. He is also a registered NLP Master Practitioner and accredited to use FIRO® Element B and Belbin® Team Roles.

Jonathan has had an association with Samaritans as a volunteer and a training professional for over 20 years
