Welcome to South West Herts Samaritans
Samaritans' vision is that fewer people die by suicide. We work to achieve this vision by working to alleviate emotional distress and reduce the incidence of suicidal feelings and suicidal behaviour. South West Herts Samaritans provide confidential emotional support to people in distress or despair in Watford, Borehamwood, Radlett, Rickmansworth, Tring, Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead and the St Albans area. We are here for anyone who is having suicidal thoughts or is going through a bad time, feeling upset and confused, and wants someone to talk to.
