Our guaranteed opening hours are:
- Monday: 10:30-17:00 and 20:00-22:30
- Tuesday: 07:00-10:00 and 20:00-22:30
- Wednesday: 17:00-22:30
- Thursday: 10:30-17:00 and 20:00-22:30
- Sunday: 08:00-14:00
During these times we are available to see callers face to face.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, Information
Evenings are held monthly at our centre in Ilford. These
evenings are an opportunity to find out more about how you can
help, the training we provide and the commitment required.
