In 2006 we carried out a major building exercise which required us
to be closed for three months. In spite of this we took
17654 telephone calls, saw 271
callers at the branch and received 597
emails.
Of these contacts 2077 expressed feelings of suicide and 4740
seemed emotionally distressed.
