University of Nottingham School of NursingSamaritans have commissioned an independent evaluation of their helpline services. Researchers at the University of Nottingham are inviting all users of the Samaritans Telephone, E-Mail and Text messaging services to take part in the research.

Got a complaint?

Samaritans aims to care for their callers to the highest possible standard at all times. To help achieve this, we encourage anyone who is not entirely happy with the way they have been treated to let us know immediately. All complaints will be investigated fully and sympathetically.
