Royal & Sun Alliance
Following an extensive
consultation process involving Royal and Sun Alliance employees,
R&SA chose to help Samaritans develop two of their key
projects, designed to develop coping skills in young people and
employees during difficult situations.
There was a strong synergy with R&SA’s risk management
service, which aims to help customers better manage their risks to
help prevent a crisis occurring. It also provided a focus for
employee engagement activities.
