Thanks to Motorola’s fundraising efforts, Swindon Samaritans have been able to open a new training room for their training of new and existing volunteers.

The funds made it possible to transform a room into a modern training facility with an interactive monitor, new furniture and there was a complete redecoration of the room.  The room will now be used from branch selection days, meetings as well as training.

The further funds raised for Swindon Samaritans will go towards external renovation of the branch and the telephone costs.  Both of these are an essential but expensive cost to the branch.
