Samaritans have around 60 Volunteers, including non-listening and support
Volunteers. We would not exist without the commitment and hard work our volunteers
provide. If you have ever felt the need to help, now is your chance. Help us
to create a stronger, less isolated society. · question gently, tactfully - without
intruding · encourage people to tell their own story in
their own time and space · refrain from offering advice and instead
offer confidential emotional support · always try to see the other point of view,
