Regional Property Manager

Fixed Term Contract (1 year), Full Time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property/Facilities Manager who will be responsible for delivering a number of change projects to Samaritans’ physical environments, facilities management and Health & Safety services.
Reporting into the Head of Property you will be working on a number of property portfolio projects, procurement, contract management and statutory compliance matters.
You will ideally be NEBOSH qualified with strong planning skills and have the ability to multi task with a ‘can do’ attitude.
We are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately so when you apply please let us know your availability. There is also the possibility that this initial fixed term contract post may become permanent.
