Samaritans provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day, for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.

Samaritans are well-known for their TELEPHONE helpline service, and you can also WRITE to us or EMAIL us.  Personal callers can VISIT us between 0900 and 2200 hours each day.
