- Identify sources of potential stress and recognise the

- Recognise the danger of assumptions we may make about whom

- Communicate more effectively when handling difficult
conversations or situations at work, reducing stress and the risk
of problems escalating
- Evaluate the culture of the workplace identifying criteria for
an emotionally healthy organisation and the impact these criteria
have on the individual and the team
- Put learning into practice to reduce levels of stress and
enhance the effectiveness of the team
