Jonathan Moran MBILD

Workplace Training Manager

Jonathan MoranJonathan is a qualified training professional who has worked in learning and development for over 10 years. He has designed and delivered training in the insurance industry, local government and the not for profit sector as well as running Samaritans workplace training courses for clients across all sectors. He has been managing Samaritans Workplace Training Team for over three years.

Jonathan is a qualified member of the CIPD and BILD. He’s also qualified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (Step I and Step II). Jonathan is a registered NLP Master Practitioner and accredited to use FIRO® Element B and Belbin® Team Roles. He’s had an association with Samaritans as a volunteer and training professional for over 20 years.

Steve Tollerton ABILD

Workplace Training Officer

Steve TollertonSteve is an experienced training professional and a qualified member of the CIPD and BILD. Over the past 30 years he has worked for the armed forces, local government, the pharmaceutical industry and Samaritans. Steve is qualified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (Step I and Step II) and has worked with organisations at all levels, writing and delivering training programmes.

As Samaritans Workplace Training Officer Steve has designed and delivered courses specialising in communication skills to a wide range of organisations. Steve is highly skilled at training staff who deal with challenging situations. As a Samaritans volunteer Steve has been involved in all areas of training volunteers.

I greatly appreciated the effort you put in to making delegates feel socially included and being part of a team. Your training skill is amazing and I felt that each Guide Dog Owner really benefited from your approach. Thank you again for your considered delivery, your

Barry Lewis

Barry Lewis

Barry joined the Workplace Training Team with almost 15 years experience within learning and development. He has designed, delivered and evaluated a full range of training programmes in various industries including the automotive, construction and welfare to work sectors. Barry is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and
has been involved with all areas and at all levels of the learning and development cycle. As Workplace Training Officer, Barry develops new and existing relationships to support the charity’s growth and training initiatives in the workplace.

Annie Ralph

Annie RalphWorkplace Training Administrator

Annie is the first point of contact for customer enquiries at Samaritans Workplace Training. She worked with volunteers, organising large national training events for Samaritans for five years before joining the Workplace Training team in 2007. Annie has a wealth of experience from working in the private and public sectors in London and abroad.
