Samaritans Mission
Samaritans is available 24 hours a day to provide confidential emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which may lead to suicide.

Anyone in distress can contact Samaritans at any time of the day or night. Samaritans are contacted every 7 seconds, by phone, by email, by text or by people coming into our branches. People of all backgrounds and ages contact us for emotional support.

Why call us?

There are many situations which can cause distress or despair and might even ultimately lead to suicidal feelings. Samaritans provides confidential, non judgemental listening support.
