For nearly every one of us, there are times when we feel there is nobody we can turn to when we need to most. Feelings of despair, isolation, fear and loneliness can affect any of us at any time, wherever we live or whatever we do. Talking about and sharing these feelings can help - but it is not always easy to find the right person to talk to.
Samaritans are available round-the-clock every day of the year for those whose life may be getting too much to bear. We will listen in complete confidence; we promise not to judge others’ beliefs or actions; we never tell people how to run their life.
