Speakers Team

Kingston Samaritans have a team of speakers, available to go out into the local community to explain the nature of the service we offer. Speakers, who have undergone a Standard Criminal Records Bureau check, are available to visit schools, colleges and universities, mental health and other support groups for vulnerable individuals, as well as hospitals, medical practitioner groups, emergency services, and others who may feel able to benefit from the emotional support services which we offer.

We also make presentations to other community organisations whose members may be able to assist in our recruitment or fundraising activities, and to other groups which have an interest in our activities. There is no fee for this service, although a small donation to the running costs of the Branch activities is always welcome.

From Kingston Branch we cover the following postcodes in Kingston and North East Surrey:

KT 1-12, 17 and 19

and around the Richmond and Twickenham area ie:

TW 1-2, 9-12, and 15-17.
