Service Desk Analyst

We are currently recruiting for 2 talented, organised and experienced Service Desk Analysts to join our fantastic Service Desk function which sits within the Information Systems Team.  The Service Desk provides application and telephony support to Samaritans branches and 1st/2nd line application desktop support to Samaritans Staff.  

Samaritans are embarking on an exciting technology journey that has already seen a new mobile telephony service introduced for staff and senior volunteers alongside a rollout of Office 365.  We are embarking on other new technology services and projects to better enable staff and volunteers to  support caller services.  If you would like to be part of this exciting time of change for the IS Team and you feel you have the right requirements as described in the job description, please send us your application.
