"I dare not tell anyone..."
"I don't want to be here."
"My dad lost his job."
"Nobody likes me."
"I'm scared..."
"Nobody cares."
"She's found someone else."
"I hate the way I look."
"I'll never pass my exams."
"I'm being forced to..."
"My parents don't understand."
"I need someone I can talk to."

We are here to listen
If things get too much for you and you feel desperate and alone - you may even have come to the point when you feel that life is no longer worth living - maybe we can offer you support.
Every year nearly four and a half thousand people kill themselves and over 200,000 people attempt suicide. Many of these don't want to die. They just don't want to go on living as things are.
Samaritans are there when things are too much. We'll listen to how you feel, no matter what the reason is. We won't tell you what to do and we won't tell anyone about you or about your call unless that is what you want. You don't even have to tell us your name.
You can email, phone, write or call in.
Samaritan volunteers can be any age from 18-80. We're ordinary people from all walks of life who are just good listeners who care about people.
When you need someone to talk to please give us a call. We're here 24 hours a day every day of the year.
