Donations

It costs us approximately £12,000 per year to provide our volunteers with the facilities they need to support our callers.  As with every Samaritan Branch across the country, we are a stand-alone charity and receive no funding from any central source.  Therefore, we rely on our own fundraising activities and the generosity of members of our local community.  The community that we aim to support.

Are you able to help us perhaps, by sponsoring one of the following items:

• Monthly or Annual Telephone Line Rental

• The cost of training new Samaritan Volunteers

• The cost of the Venues we hire for Open Evenings, Selection Days or Initial Training

• Packets of A4 paper that we use for emails

• Our Gas Bill

• Our Electricity Bill

or by making a donation of any amount to our running costs?
