Enfield, Haringey and Barnet Samaritans is an entirely self-funded, stand-alone charity whose operating costs in 2008 were over £30,000.  We undertake a variety of  fundraising activities throughout the year but ultimately we rely on the generosity of organisations and individuals to keep our service running - including those who think of us when making bequests.
