ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT, SAMARITANS BRANCH, BOLTON ROAD

We very much need someone with IT skills to work with the Director, Director’s Assistant and Publicity Team to maintain lists and manage mailings for the Branch to all it’s supporters, and to prospective volunteers. If you are comfortable with using standard pc software including word excel and can work with a database we would very much welcome your help.


FUNDRAISING COLLECTORS & HELPERS AT EVENTS

Throughout the year we arrange local street collections and attend events to promote our work in the community. Both these activites take place across the area that Eastbourne Branch covers including Seaford, Polegate, Hailsham and of course Eastbourne.

The commitment is likely only to be for 2 hours during the daytime on an agreed date. This can be great fun and you will always have the support of a Listening volunteer.

SHOP HELPERS

Our shop in Grove Road is always in need of volunteers to help. There are a number of different roles available including serving in the shop which does involve using the till, and helping sort clothing and ironing garments.
