We hold regular information sessions where you can find out more about volunteering as a listening or support volunteer.

Eastbourne Arndale Awareness and Recruitment Days

We also hold regular awareness and recruitment days at the Eastbourne Arndale Centre from 10.00 am until 4.00 pm. If you want to find out more about our work, come along and talk to us.   Our stand is situated near to the Sainsbury's store.
