As you will see from the Information Session pages on this website we have a number of ways you can find out about becoming a listening volunteer at Eastbourne Branch. Attend one of our regular information events, come and talk to us at an event and there will be experienced volunteers who can tell you what it is really like.

If you attend an Information Session and wish to continue you will be invited to a Selection Day. This is usually a Saturday and it is an opportunity for us to get to know you and to find out if you suit us. There is nothing scary or too taxing about the day - it is a series of discussions and tasks that the group do together, followed by an interview with an experienced volunteer.
