- You can phone Samaritans for support 24 hours a day, every day of the year, in confidence, knowing you won't be judged, or given advice.
- Or you can visit the Chesterfield Branch and talk face to face with a volunteer who will give you the time and space to talk over your feelings, in a safe environment. (We are normally open from 10 am to 10 pm, please check by telephone first.)
