The branch in Bridgend can only function by many different people offering their help and support.

There are a variety of ways you can help us.

• Offer to become a Telephone Volunteer.
• Offer to become a Support Volunteer.
• Make a donation to help us keep the branch open.
• Run a fundraising event for us.
• Invite us to come and talk to your group/society
• Encourage someone you know to be in need of emotional support to contact us
• Ask us to ring someone you know who is in need of emotional support (with their permission)
• Display some of our publicity Materials to raise awareness. These materials can be obtained by contacting the branch publicity team.
