In 2019 we answered

• 19,129 phone calls
• 7454 emails and texts

We met people in our branch 28 times and reached out to approximately 9320 people outside of the branch.

And we're really proud to be part of the hugely respected national charity Samaritans, who drive our campaigns; the latest being ' Real People, Real Stories'.
