You can phone Samaritans for support 24 hours a day, every
day of the year, in confidence (we won't trace your call), knowing you won’t be judged, or given
advice.
Or, if you prefer, you can visit the
Bradford Branch
and talk face to face with a volunteer who will give you the
time and space to talk over your feelings, in a safe
environment.
Although we are normally open from 11 am to 10 pm daily, it
might be useful to check by telephone first.

about difficulties in your life, or whether you are interested in
becoming a volunteer at Bradford Samaritans, we hope you will
find the information you need on this website.
There will always be moments in all our lives, when we feel that
there is nobody out there who has the time to listen to us just when
we need it the most.
Talking about and sharing our feelings can often be the first step
in resolving them. We all need someone to give us time to talk - but
finding that someone can be the hardest step of all.
Samaritans have the time to listen, share those feelings and give
support - in complete confidence
Bradford branch is
one of over 200 branches, all registered charities, which share the
same vision and values. To find out more about Samaritans as a
